Welcome to the site of VegOut, New York’s social group
for lesbian, gay, bi and transgender vegetarians and friends.
Potlucks We meet for potlucks at the LGBT Community Center,
208 West 13th Street in Manhattan, the fourth Sunday of every month
from 5:00-7:00 p.m. We ask everyone to bring a vegan dish to share
(no meat, poultry, fish, eggs or dairy) and a $5.00 contribution
to help with VegOut expenses ($12.00 if not bringing food). No RSVP
necessary.
VegOutings We also go out once a month to local vegetarian
and veggie-friendly restaurants. Please RSVP at least two days in
advance (and if you have to cancel, please call or email us back!).
